Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we process when you use this website and how we protect it. The data controller is the Serbian d.o.o. whose full company details (PIB, matični broj, registered address) are listed in the site footer.

Contact and calculator forms. When you submit a request we process the data you provide, typically your name, phone or email, company and message, plus an optional price estimate. We use it solely to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a quote. Submissions are stored in our CMS and, where configured, forwarded to our team by email and/or Telegram. We do not sell this data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Spam protection. To keep forms usable we apply a hidden honeypot field and basic rate-limiting, and, when enabled, a Cloudflare Turnstile challenge. Turnstile is a privacy-friendly alternative to traditional CAPTCHAs and does not track you across sites.

Analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, a cookie-less, privacy-friendly tool that collects only aggregate, anonymous traffic data and sets no cross-site identifiers. Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you give consent in the cookie banner; if you decline, it is never loaded.

Cookies and local storage. We store your cookie-consent choice in your browser’s local storage so we do not ask again. No advertising or tracking cookies are set without your consent.

Data retention. We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and our subsequent business relationship, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights. You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the email address in the footer. You may also lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.

Changes. We may update this policy as the site evolves; the current version always lives at this page.
